According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, since the beginning of years of Russian billionaires lost $64 billion of the unstable economic situation in the country, coupled with Western sanctions and the depreciation of the ruble against the backdrop of falling oil prices on the world market.

The decline of the Russian economy also shifted from a position of Alisher Usmanov's richest man of the country. 61-year-old billionaire owns more than 20% of MegaFon, the second mobile operator in Russia, which fell by 58% in 2014.

Usmanov, whose losses in Russia were relaxed by profit of Chinese technology companies Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. and JD.Com Inc., lost $ 6.8 billion since the beginning of the year to date.
