Uzbek musicians participate in international Tchaikovsky competition

The contest will be held from 15 June to 3 July 2015 in Moscow (piano and violin) and St. Petersburg (cello and solo singing).

By February 1, enrollment were already received from 24 countries: Russia, Italy, China, North Korea, Poland, Finland, South Korea, USA, Taiwan, Georgia, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, Czech Republic, Kazakhstan, Turkey, France, Colombia, Spain, Uzbekistan and Mongolia.

Under the rules of the contest is allowed to musicians from all over the ages of 16 to 32 years old (at the time of opening of the tender) - for piano, violin and cello, from 19 to 32 years - with a degree in solo singing.

By application deadline of contest judges start listening to the recording format of applicants. Then, in Moscow and St. Petersburg will be live qualifiers listening musicians.

According to Kultura.uz, eventually to participate in the competition will be allowed 30 pianists, 25 violinists, 25 cellists and 40 singers (20 men and 20 women).
